3. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?
Parke East offers 24-7 Emergency maintenance on-call. Leave a message at (316) 682-8834 opt 3 and the tech will promptly call you back.
4. How do I submit regular service requests (non-emergency)?
There is a maintenance form provided on the property website to submit regular service requests. This form will be emailed to the appropriate department. Or, you can call (316-682-8834) or submit an email directly to the leasing office at parke-manager@maxusprop.com.
5. Does your community have good highway access?
Yes! Parke East is only minutes away from I-35 and the Kansas Turnpike where you can gain easy access to other major roads and highways.
6. Are your townhomes cable ready?
Yes! cable TV service is available through Cox Communications.
7. Where do I park my car?
There is one free assigned car port right in front of your door. Uncovered parking is located everywhere with easy accessibility. Guest parking is available in the uncovered parking areas.
